Associate Director

Wish to recruit an Associate Director, who will be an integral part of a Senior Management Team. The post is based at the office near Exeter in Devon. The successful candidate will lead and deliver complex and interesting projects, manage and develop a team of dedicated and talented ecologists; and build and develop relationships with clients and project teams across a range of sectors.

What we need from you:

• A good relevant degree.
• Significant professional experience, the majority in consultancy and at senior levels.
• Proven staff management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, design teams, planners and regulators.
• Confidence in the preparation and critical-review of technical reports, including EcIAs, HRAs, BNG assessments, ES Ecology chapters and Ecological Management Plans.
• Commercial awareness and aptitude for business development.
• Full Membership of CIEEM; Chartered Ecologist/Environmentalist would be an advantage.
• A Full UK driving licence.
